With 27 years of experience as a Software Engineer, I've contributed to numerous projects and startups, playing a key role in developing and implementing various features. My efforts have led to significant business growth, taking ventures from inception to generating millions in revenue.

For the past 12 years, I've been leading the Development department at 30Hills, managing a team of over 30 developers and handling more than 80 projects. Now, I'm a Senior Software Engineer at SAP Fioneer, heavily involved in cutting-edge projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

I have a strong background in software development, including:

• Project management

A few things I’ve learned over the years:

• I still don’t know very much;
• The hardest part of software is building the right thing;
• The best code is no code, or code you don’t have to maintain;
• Sometimes you have to stop sharpening the saw, and just start cutting sh** down;
• One of the biggest differences between a senior engineer and a junior engineer is that they’ve formed opinions about the way things should be;
• Keep the processes as lean as possible;
• The best software engineers are the ones who can communicate well with others;
